Preparation of bacterial cellulose/vinyl imidazole-based membranes for selective purification of Hemoglobin

چکیده

The development of new biomaterials is needed to use in many areas such as protein purification, removal and drug release system. In this study, we fabricated hemoglobin (Hb) surface imprinting onto the bacterial cellulose nanofibers. metal ions coordination was obtained with vinyl imidazole Ni2+ ions. selective purification Hb using Hb-imprinted cellulose. Scanning Electron Microscopy, Surface area, Transformed Infrared Spectroscopy, swelling tests contact angle measurements were used for characterization non-imprinted membranes. addition, adsorption studies experimented aqueous solution batch systems at 2 h. prepared reported unique sensitive high capacity. reusability celluloses demonstrated during experiment.
